Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change the lens on Rhythm 1 myself?+

Yes. Rhythm 1 supports three interchangeable Sony full-frame G lenses — FE 24mm F2.8G (SEL24F28G), FE 40mm F2.5G (SEL40F25G) and FE 50mm F2.5G (SEL50F25G). You can swap them yourself and no calibration is required.

Can I train and deploy my own AI models on Rhythm payloads?+

Yes. You can train your own custom AI detection model and upload the trained .pt model file directly to the camera — the payload then runs your model on its on-board Nvidia edge computer.

Which flight controllers are Rhythm payloads compatible with?+

Rhythm payloads support PX4, ArduPilot and Cube Pilot flight controllers, with full MAVLINK 2.0 protocol support — so they integrate with a wide range of drone platforms and MAVLINK-based ground stations such as QGroundControl.
